Built three new revenue generating products from discovery to launch, resulting in a 15% total revenue increase. Launched products in an ambiguous operating environment with complex enterprise sales models. Responsible for product strategy of 60-person organization and revenue target of €20MM per year. Grew my direct team of engineers and designers from 6 to 14 in one year by championing an empowered team model. Evolved the product team to focus more on customer centricity, impactful launches, experimentation, and transparent communication.

Discovered & refined product opportunities in FB Ads engineering team, derived from data insights & customer support. Redesigned payment settlement flow in Ads, resulting in a $60MM revenue increase.  Led project to redesign FB Ads creation flow to reduce billing confusion and help the company get paid on time. Responsible for cross-functional relationship management in a highly matrixed environment across three continents.

Community Operations team
Delivered operational excellence in high-pressure, high-risk environments ranging from content moderation to account security. Responsible for resolving hacked accounts for high-profile individuals and government officials. Designed decision trees used by 5,000+ outsourced agents to make enforcement decisions on reports of impersonation. Directly managed on-shore outsourcing group of 150 support agents working on content moderation.

Outsourced entire customer support operation for Dropbox Pro from the USA to Athens, Greece. Traveled frequently to Athens to create a quality assurance program, train support agents, and train management on capacity management and achieving KPIs.

Sales team - Account Executive & Sales Development Rep
Sourced $3.5MM in new business opportunities. Closed $225k inbound revenue. Learned the ropes of how software is made and sold, with lots of time spent on the telephone with customers and giving feedback to the Dropbox product team. Started my career after university in tech sales. I hit quota, but the job wasn’t for me! This role got me interested in working towards product management as a career.
